If your flat roof is leaking we can assess to see if repairs can be made to the existing roof covering. Should this not be the case we offer a complete replacement using a range of materials. This comes with a 10 year guarantee on workmanship. We also have experience in converting pitched roofs (including roof windows) which are too shallow, into flat roofs to prevent water ingress.

Your flat roof   

Your existing roof is most likely a material known as torch on felt. This involves rolls of bitumen backed felt being rolled out over the roof while being heated with a blow torch. Sound dangerous? We prefer using more modern, safer and longer lasting products such as EDPM Rubber or Resitrix depending on the exact specification required. 

Your new flat roof

With years of experience using Resitrix and EDPM we can ensure your new flat roof is fit to last the long term. We will reboard the roof or over board it depending on what is required. We will replace rotten timbers and install insulation if required. New Fascia and guttering can also be included.
